You may fax your order to us 7 days a week 24 hours a day at (831)458-3244.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order is $50.00 for our retail Lightgod.com customers. There is a $7.50 minimum shipping and handling charge for all orders. For business customers, there will be a service charge of $7.50 for any order totaling less than $100.00 exclusive of freight and handling.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Retail customers may use Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders though orders paid for by card will ship faster. Credit card orders must be shipped to the same address as the credit card billing address. Business customers may use Visa, MasterCard and American Express for their convenience.

ORDERING/SHIPPING INFORMATION

Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped UPS ground service. FedEx and alternate carriers are available upon request and are subject to charges and fees as dictated by the carrier. A signature will be required at time of delivery. International shipments will be sent FedEx and are subject to charges and fees as dictated by the carrier.

CANADA

Minimum orders must amount to $300 or more. Shipping is calculated based on order size and weight. Canada's Taxes & Duties are approx. 7% of your order total. Lightgod.com is not held responsible for any additional taxes, duties or broker fees charged by your government. Please check these prices with your government before ordering.

INTERNATIONAL

Minimum order is $300 in product.
We are wholesale and ship case packages only.
To order please send an e-mail to info@lightgod.com with the item name and quantities you require of each product. We will respond with a written estimate and ask you to send your credit and shipping information in two separate e-mail messages. If you approve the estimate, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and International money orders made out to Lightgod.com. Most EU countries shipping charge: $50 - $80 (Price may vary. Depending on destination and weight of shipment). Orders to Japan: $70 - $100 (Price may vary. Depending on destination and weight of shipment.)

RETURNS

To help keep your costs under control, we have a NO RETURN policy. A refund will be given for defective products claimed within 15 days of receipt of your order. Defective merchandise must be claimed in writing and returned to Lightgod.com offices for inspection. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item.
