Minimum Orders
As a wholesale company we supply lighted novelties to small to large companies for corporate use. Low quantity minimums are available as noted in each item’s detail page.
Payment Methods
For Online orders we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards in the checkout section of the online shopping cart.
Offline payment methods include VISA and Mastercard, company check, cashier’s check, and money orders.

Shipping & Delivery
For online orders (non-imprinted items), you can choose UPS Ground, 3rd day, 2nd day or Overnight service. The shipping fee is determined in real time by UPS when you check out.
Custom orders (imprinted) are shipped via UPS using the method that will insure delivery by your in-hands date. Again, you are charged actual shipping costs based on the carrier’s current rates. We GUARANTEE that your order will always be received on or before your important deadline and event.
Art Requirements
We require all artwork for imprinting be submitted in either .eps or .ai format, with all text fully outlined. These are vector files that guarantee that your artwork will enlarge or reduce with no loss of quality and sharpness. If you don't have your art camera ready dont worry, LightGod.com can create them for you and your event. Usually it's just $50 for our artist to create or convert your artwork or Logo. You can then use these files to print anything from a pen to a poster.
Lead Times
Lead times are posted on each item’s detail page. If you don't need a logo, the most every item ships is within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
For imprinted items, lead times start upon approval of artwork by you, and may be as short as five 5-10 days.
There are a few factors that go into lead times. Please contact us early to meet your important delivery dates.
RUSH service is available on most any item. Expedited shipping fees may apply.
Returns
Except in the case of defective materials, we do not accept returns or process exchanges.
