Artwork Requirements

Acceptable Art - All art should be sent as a VECTOR file with FULL OUTLINES as an .EPS or .AI file. Four-color process files should be built in a vector file with a placed 300 resolution CMYK .AI or .EPS file. Send digital files by e-mail.

*We can create camera ready useable art for you or your client billed at $50.00 per hour. You will then own the files we create for you and can use them for other purposes.

Samples

Sample requests can be sent to the sample department via email (info@lightgod.com) or Fax (831-458-3244). Samples are generally free of cost, we ship 1-2 samples ground on our accounts for free. There are some items that we do not send out free samples for; you may contact us for cost associated with sending those samples out. We do not expedite samples; they ship within 24 hours of your request. Please note LightGod.com does not ship samples outside the USA.

Invoice

You will receive an invoice within 24 hours of submitting an order to LightGod.com. Your invoice will include the customer contact information, ship to address, in-hands date and ship method. Your order will be itemized showing per piece price, set-up fees, rush charges and any other costs associated with the order. LightGod.com is a pre-paid company and we do require payment prior to printing all orders.

Order Confirmation Form

In order to serve you better, LightGod.com offers an Art Approval Form that will confirm your order. It includes customer contact information, ship-to address, your invoice number, item quantity, item description and part number. It will also indicate the imprint color chosen.

Rush Services

Our normal production time is 10 days from Art and Order Confirmation Approval for most items. Our standard rush fee to save you time is $75.00. For less than 5 days, please inquire.

Methods of Payment

All orders must be pre-paid via credit card, company check, or bank transfer. Credit cards accepted are VISA and MC The prices listed are CASH prices. All orders over $2000 require a payment by check or there is a 3% non-cash fee applied to all credit card charges. Bank Wire Transfers are accepted, of course. Please contact us for info.

Method of Shipping

Every effort will be made to ship on the required date and by the means specified. LightGod.com does not ship on other companies' accounts; we use our shipping accounts only. We reserve the right to ship by whatever means necessary to meet your in-hands date. There will be an additional $10.00 charge for every drop ship location after the first.

LightGod.com is not responsible for any damages that occur while in transit. Claims for damages in transit must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Cancellations

There are NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS once an order is printed.

Return Policy

To help keep your costs as low as possible, LightGod.com has a NO RETURN policy. The only exception is for defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and the materials must be returned to LightGod.com within 30 days. Credit will be issued when returned stock is received and deemed defective. Call your Customer Service Representative to obtain Return Authorization Numbers. Packages received without an RMA Number will be refused.

Pricing

Catalog pricing and product lines are subject to change without notice. We do not currently offer less-than-minimum services.

Shelf Life of Products

LightGod.com products are guaranteed to perform according to the original product specifications up to 6 months after delivery. Many products will work after their expiration date, however this cannot be guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the distributor to ensure that all products purchased from LightGod.com are distributed within six months from our ship date. We will not guarantee any product after this time period.

Customer Logos

LightGod.com is not responsible for any reproduction of unauthorized trademarked or copyrighted logos supplied by distributors. Proper use of trademarked or copyrighted logos is the responsibility of the distributor, and any damages incurred as a result of unauthorized use will be the responsibility of the distributor. Company names and logos depicted on catalog items may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.
