Minimum Orders

As a wholesale company we supply lighted novelties in the quantities listed on each item's detail page. We do not sell quantities lower than the listed minimums.

Lead Times

Lead times are listed on each item's detail page. If you don't need a logo, most items ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

For imprinted items, lead times start upon your approval of artwork, and may be as short as 5-10 business days. There are several factors that determine lead times. Please contact us early to meet your important delivery dates. RUSH service is available on most items. Expedited shipping fees may apply. We GUARANTEE that your order will always be received on or before your deadline or event.


Catalog pricing and product lines are subject to change without notice. We do not currently offer less-than-minimum services.


All orders must be pre-paid via credit card, company check, or bank transfer.

For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards in the checkout section of the online shopping cart. Offline payment methods include Visa and MasterCard, company check, cashier’s check, money orders, and bank transfer. All orders over $2000 require a payment by check, or there is a 3% non-cash fee applied to all credit card charges.


For online orders (non-imprinted items), you can choose UPS Ground, 3rd day, 2nd day or Overnight service. The shipping fee is determined in real time by UPS before you check out.

Custom orders (imprinted) are shipped via UPS using the method that will ensure delivery by your in-hands date. does not ship on other companies' accounts; we use our shipping accounts only. is not responsible for any damages that occur while in transit. Claims for damages in transit must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery.


To help keep your costs as low as possible, we do not accept returns or process exchanges. The only exception is for defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and the materials must be returned to within 30 days. Credit will be issued when returned stock is received and deemed defective. Please submit a request in writing to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Packages received without an RMA Number will be refused.


There are NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS once an order is printed.


Our products are packaged for wholesale, and are not available for samples.

Shelf Life of Products products are guaranteed to perform according to the original product specifications up to 6 months after delivery. Many products will work after their expiration date, however this cannot be guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the distributor to ensure that all products purchased from are distributed within six months from our ship date. We will not guarantee any product after this time period.

Artwork Requirements

We require all artwork for imprinting to be submitted in either .eps or .ai format, with full outlines. These are vector files that guarantee your artwork will enlarge or reduce with no loss of quality and sharpness.

If you don't have your art file ready, dont worry - can create one for you and your event. Usually it's just $50 for our artist to create or convert your artwork or logo. You will then own the files we create for you and can use them for other purposes. You can use these files to print anything from a pen to a poster.


You will receive an invoice within 24 hours of submitting an order to Your invoice will include the customer contact information, ship to address, in-hands date and ship method. Your order will be itemized showing per piece price, set-up fees, rush charges and any other costs associated with the order. is a pre-paid company and we do require payment prior to printing all orders.

Rush Services

Our normal production time for most items is 10 business days from proof approval and payment. Our standard rush fee to save you time is $100.00. For production in less than 5 days, please inquire.

Customer Logos is not responsible for any reproduction of unauthorized trademarked or copyrighted logos supplied by distributors. Proper use of trademarked or copyrighted logos is the responsibility of the distributor, and any damages incurred as a result of unauthorized use will be the responsibility of the distributor. Company names and logos depicted on catalog items may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.
